Anusit Konghor (James)

Anusit or James, helped to run the FORRU-Krabi tree nursery in Khlong Thom District, Krabi Province since early days of the project and has now established his own tree nursery, producing native forest tree species of lowland evergreen forest - one of Thailand's most endangered forest types. All the trees are planted locally to create forest habitat for the area's rich bird life. He is also responsible as a field and research assistant for Forest on Blackboard project, creating a teachers' manual to enable local children to get involved with environmental problem solving. James also runs educational experiences for visiting groups.
