Parinyarat joined FORRU-CMU as a researcher and education officer in 2008. Her duties included teaching at school events and during workshops. From 2008 to 2010, she work on projects to establish community tree nurseries in village schools on Doi Mae Salong and to restore elephant forest habitat in Salakpra Conservation Area, West Thailand. She also supported the research team with monitoring framework species trials. For her MSc, Parinyarat compared diversity of the ground flora and tree seedling community between framework species trial plots and natural forest. Since 2010 she has been a lecturer in the Biotechnology Department, Nakhonsawan Rajabhat University.
